The incumbent will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager, ensuring the effective and efficient management of schedules, meetings, communications, and documentation, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational efficacy.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Administrative Management:** Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone correspondence, in a professional manner. Maintain the efficiency and confidentiality of the General Manager’s office.

* **Communication and Coordination:** Serve as the primary liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate and monitor the progress of decisions and action items resulting from meetings. Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence and official documentation. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes in a timely manner.

* **Office Administration:** Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic. Oversee the preparation of documents and reports required by the General Manager. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow. Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion.

* **Event and Travel Logistics:** Organize business travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, visa applications, and transportation. Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.

* **Professional Representation:** Represent the General Manager in communications and meetings as delegated. Maintain a professional demeanor consistent with executive office standards. Cultivate positive working relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
