Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Responsible for typing all the required forms, letters, correspondence letters both external and internal.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date & Define procedures for record retention.
- Manage, prioritize and coordinate schedules for conference calls, meetings and events to ensure no conflicts and priority issues
- Coordinate and prioritize GM schedule, daily appointments and business obligations
- Dealing, monitoring and controlling with post mail, emails, phone calls and correspondences and maintain all correspondence for easy retrieval.
- Feedback of the Clients
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
- Assist General Manager in monitoring and summarizing meetings
- Develop special reports in the following briefing and/or based on own knowledge of matters and in reference to files.
Skills
- 1- 3 years at least in Executive Secretarial Post
- Secretarial Correspondence, translating Arabic to English and vice versa, other secretarial related tasks.
- Gender: Male/Female
- Excellent computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent bilingual Arabic and English is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and hard-working.
