Job Description:**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide leadership and management to the pastry and bakery team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Develop and implement refined dessert menus that are consistent with the hotel’s brand identity and guest expectations.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership on menu planning, seasonal promotions, and culinary initiatives.
* Uphold stringent standards of hygiene, cost management, and operational effectiveness.
* Facilitate the training and professional development of team members to continually enhance culinary skills and service delivery.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
A successful candidate for the Executive Pastry Chef position within Hilton brands will consistently represent the interests of our guests and collaborate effectively with fellow team members. The following qualifications are essential:
* A minimum of five years of experience in a senior pastry leadership position, preferably within ultra-luxury or boutique hotel settings.
* Extensive knowledge of contemporary and traditional pastry techniques.
