Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
The incumbent will provide daily confidential administrative support to the Vice President, including comprehensive diary management, prioritization of email correspondence requiring urgent action, and coordination of all travel arrangements. This role encompasses collaboration with diverse stakeholders to gather content and define the scope of internal newsletters. Further responsibilities include managing communication campaigns via email channels, such as Marketo, and providing support to the Vice President & General Manager in the planning and execution of town hall meetings, both in-person and virtual, including driving internal communication. The incumbent will also be responsible for attending and minuting crucial meetings, preparing written action plans, communicating with direct reports, developing advanced PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating key corporate events. Additional duties include maintaining updated budget records, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring accurate filing and archiving. The incumbent will also prepare the Vice President’s monthly expense reports and ensure adherence to all relevant financial procedures related to purchase orders.
**Qualifications:**
Candidates must possess a relevant educational degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable administrative position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, is essential, along with touch typing and audio typing skills at a minimum speed of 80 words per minute. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously.
