Job Description:The organization seeks a highly adaptable, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to fulfill a dual role as Personal Assistant and Project Manager supporting the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a pharmaceutical company and a concurrent tech startup. This hybrid position encompasses executive-level administrative duties and project management responsibilities, with the objective of alleviating the CTO’s workload and facilitating the management of strategic initiatives, daily operations, and project execution. The incumbent will contribute to the organization and execution of diverse projects, ranging from software development phases to team coordination and stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, the incumbent will serve as a key intermediary between the CTO and internal/external teams, aiding in the structuring and prioritization of concepts into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include: Executive Assistance & Operational Support (managing communication, task prioritization, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, report preparation, meeting moderation, and documentation); Project Management (coordinating strategic projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring team alignment and efficient resource allocation, and providing project documentation); and Communication & Leadership (acting as a liaison between the CTO and stakeholders and managing high-pressure situations).

Skills:

 

Must-Have Skills &Experience 

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) at a near-native or native level.
 

Experience  in project management, operations, executive assistance, or related roles (preferably in startups, tech, or dynamic environments).
 

Strong organizational skills—able to prioritize, structure, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
 

Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and project documentation.
 

Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
 

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
 

Confident and assertive personality—able to handle a highly creative executive without being overwhelmed.
 

Technical Background & Software Development Familiarity (Preferred, Not Required)

While coding skills are not required, you should be comfortable enough with software development concepts to communicate effectively with technical teams and the CTO. This includes:

Understanding major software concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, front-end vs. back-end).
 

Familiarity with software development workflows, including Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
 

Ability to reference and discuss code or technical implementations at a high level without needing in-depth explanations.
 

Comfortable translating technical discussions into actionable items for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience working closely with C-level executives or founders.
 

Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
 

Experience handling operations, logistics, or strategic execution at a startup.
 

Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior role over time.
