Job Description:Egirna Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and capable Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to facilitate organizational growth, expand client acquisition, strengthen the company’s digital footprint, and ensure the efficient execution of daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with company leadership to advance strategic growth initiatives.
* Developing and implementing strategies to expand the client base.
* Optimizing the company’s online presence through various digital channels.
* Conducting research on emerging technologies, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
* Planning and coordinating the company’s participation in industry-related events.
* Maintaining the seamless operation of daily business activities.
* Providing direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Experience Level: We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Mandatory: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 Level or higher).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy with a strong ability to quickly learn and master new software and digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
