Available Positions (UAE Locations Only) The following positions are currently available within our UAE operations. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications. Administrator: Provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Responsibilities include processing incoming orders, managing stock requests (particularly for fast-moving items), maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and compiling weekly/monthly reports to support inventory tracking and operational efficiency. Baker: Responsible for the preparation and baking of a variety of fresh breads, including Arabic, French, and Portuguese types. Tasks include accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, operating bakery equipment, adhering to established recipes and production schedules, ensuring proper labeling of baked goods, coordinating with the warehouse for supplies, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout all baking processes. Barista: Greets customers, takes and prepares orders for a variety of coffee and food items, and ensures an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include offering product recommendations, expertly preparing beverages such as espresso and lattes, maintaining and cleaning equipment, restocking displays, handling transactions, and adhering to all health and safety standards while working efficiently and cheerfully in a fast-paced team environment. Butcher: Responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat cuts to customer specifications, ensuring quality, portion accuracy, and proper labeling. Tasks include attractively displaying products, rotating stock to maintain freshness, providing excellent customer service with product recommendations, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards, and managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or excess to support efficient operations. Cashier: Efficiently handles all customer transactions (including cash, cards, vouchers, and foreign currency) while ensuring accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Responsibilities include following proper procedures for cash deposits and reporting discrepancies, providing customers with information on products and offers, maintaining front-end displays during downtime, and ensuring workstation cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards before and after each shift, all while adhering to standard operating procedures. Counter Server Associate: Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, offering product recommendations and samples, and accurately slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses. Responsibilities include ensuring product displays are fresh and well-organized, following FIFO practices, maintaining clean and functional work areas, upholding hygiene standards, supporting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate, visible pricing and labeling at all times. Commis Chef: Supports the kitchen (our production site for all UAE stores) by assisting chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about cooking and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, contributing to daily operations through proper food handling, equipment use, stock rotation, and effective teamwork under the guidance of experienced chefs. Fishmonger: Responsible for cleaning, cutting, filleting, and preparing various types of seafood according to customer specifications, while ensuring portion accuracy and quality standards. Responsibilities include attractively displaying products, rotating stock to maintain freshness, inspecting for quality and proper labeling, disposing of expired items, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Fishery section, handling tools safely, and monitoring inventory to support efficient stock management. Receiver: Ensures accurate scanning of supplier barcodes, conducts blind and manual checks on deliveries, and verifies the quantity, quality, and expiry dates of goods against established guidelines. Responsibilities include documenting shortages, handling return items (RTS/RTV), following brand SOPs, supporting stock counts, and maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance. Stocker (Fruits & Vegetables / FMCG): Responsible for ensuring all products are properly stocked, cleanly displayed, and rotated in accordance with FIFO principles. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and presentation standards within the section, assisting customers with inquiries, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely stock replenishment, removing expired or damaged items, accurately recording waste for inventory control, and maintaining a professional appearance while delivering excellent customer service.
