ey Responsibilities

ERP System Implementation and Management

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of the ERP system
• Ensure the ERP system addresses operational needs across departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, workflows, and processes.

Collaboration with External Developers

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and external developers.
• Define project scope, requirements, and timelines in alignment with organizational goals.
• Review and validate system enhancements and developments delivered by the external team.

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging the ERP system’s capabilities.
• Lead the integration of ERP functionalities to streamline manufacturing workflows and reporting.

Support and Training

• Provide training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with the external development team.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop custom dashboards and reports for various departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Compliance and Security

• Ensure the ERP system complies with data security standards and manufacturing regulations.
• Work with IT to implement robust access controls and safeguard sensitive data.

Project Management

• Lead ERP-related projects, including module rollouts, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with Odoo ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Proven experience working with external developers or third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with manufacturing ERP implementations or system integration.
• Certification in Odoo ERP or other ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
