Job Description:
Work as “Accountant Support for our software”, and give our customers sufficient support to use our ERP software, efficiently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
- Answer our customer’s questions via our calls and resolve their issues via phone, email or chat.
- Handling complaints.
- Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.
