Job Description:**خيار:**
* Administer, configure, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit business requirements and translate them into system functionalities. Integrate ERP and CRM systems with internal applications and third-party platforms. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational standards. Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to system configurations, customizations, and workflows. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing procedures.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong knowledge of system integration tools, APIs, and data migration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and relevant scripting languages.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant ERP modules.
