Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal & concise):**
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, leading a team of technicians and contractors to ensure compliant execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with GMP, HSE, and pharmaceutical regulations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, diagnosing faults, overseeing repairs, reviewing documentation, coordinating with relevant teams to minimize downtime, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols, training technicians, managing spare parts inventory, preparing reports, and participating in audits.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with validation and qualification protocols.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and lead a team effectively.
