Job Description
· Handle general Personnel affairs.
· Communicate of employees leaving the company to Camp & GR functions. Attend meetings.
· Handle Admin Decisions, terminations, resignations, end of contracts & warnings.
· Process approvals/system.
· Conduct field visits.
· Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures.
· Coordinate the Employee Relations issues of all personnel by ensuring proper completion and timely submission of all documentation.
· Deal with all Employee Relations queries, coordinating effective solutions.
· Prepare exit-interviews and clearance forms for outgoing employees.
· Prepare and review periodic and casual reports.
· Maintain company stamps.
· Assist in the compilation and control of leave schedules ensuring that entitlements are administered and availed of as per the leave policy.
