This part-time role is based at HealthHub Clinics in JVC and Festival City, Dubai, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare landscape within the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive operational support to patients, encompassing insurance processing, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and general customer service. Ensure the accurate and secure flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third-party payers, adhering to established medical coding protocols. Serve as a primary liaison for insurance claims, billing inquiries, and payment-related matters. Organize and meticulously manage patient records and clinic paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding patients through the clinic process and supporting overall clinic operations. Process cash, credit, and insurance payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate financial records. Contribute to a safe and welcoming clinic environment by actively participating in safety protocols and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care. Qualifications and Experience: UAE National. Graduate degree (any discipline) with relevant qualifications. DHA license or eligibility for licensure. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, or invoicing. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of medical insurance coding, invoicing procedures, cash handling protocols, and customer relations principles.
