Job Description:**Field Engineer – Emerging Talent Program**

Baker Hughes invites applications for the Field Engineer Emerging Talent Program, a comprehensive 36-month initiative designed to cultivate the skills and expertise of recent graduates. This program offers participants the opportunity to contribute to the efficient location and production of energy resources while developing a foundation for future innovation within the organization.

As a Field Engineer, you will serve as a critical liaison between on-site teams and clients, providing technical and professional leadership to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and commissioning of equipment. You will also be responsible for upholding customer expectations by delivering exceptional jobsite services and developing reliable support.

**Responsibilities within the Emerging Talent Program include:**

* Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
* Participating in the resolution of complex technical challenges through hands-on work at the rig site.
* Preparing, documenting, and managing the logistics of inbound and outbound equipment and products to and from the well site.
* Providing support for tenders, including data analysis, cost estimation, and invoicing activities.
* Engaging in job shadowing to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a related field, obtained within the last 36 months.
* Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
* Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
* Unrestricted legal authorization to work in the country of application without company sponsorship.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide others.
* Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, numerical, data analysis, and project management skills.
