Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Technicians have to repair the units within the RTAT limit.
Collect the out of warranty repair charges from customers.
Follow up with spare parts requests of pending repairs.
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
