Electrical Technical Office Engineer

Job Description:
We are hiring an Electrical Technical Office Engineer to join our Engineering Management & Technical Office team (DPT08).
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical design and execution drawings, extracting detailed material quantities, managing technical submittals, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure smooth and conflict-free project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and the Saudi electrical code.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical design drawings for various project systems (Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Low Current systems, etc.) according to project requirements and the Saudi Electrical Code, in coordination with specialized low current system vendors.

Prepare electrical execution drawings in coordination with other departments (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical) to ensure no conflicts and full integration of electrical systems with other disciplines.

Extract detailed quantities for electrical materials and components (cables, distribution boards, switches, lighting, conduits, etc.).

Prepare technical submittals and material samples for electrical works, verify compliance with specifications by preparing Compliance Sheets, and submit to the consultant for approval in coordination with suppliers and site QC engineers.

Provide urgent and safe technical solutions for any electrical issues that arise on site during execution, in coordination with site engineers and the consultant.

Modify electrical drawings or designs as needed, based on consultant instructions or site conditions, and ensure all related documents are updated accordingly.
