Address technical issues on-site, proposing enhancements to both internal and infrastructure projects. Monitor material, manpower, and equipment utilization to optimize operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation and report site progress and any encountered delays to relevant project stakeholders. Guarantee system readiness for testing, commissioning, and subsequent handover.**
