The Electrical Panels Production Engineer will be integrated into the electrical department production team at the factory. This team is responsible for the following:

* Manufacturing low-voltage electrical panels in accordance with received manufacturing orders.
* Developing and maintaining a production plan to ensure timely delivery of panels.
* Facilitating continuous and effective communication with various departments, including purchasing, sales, and technical studies, to monitor production plan implementation and adherence to delivery schedules.
* Reviewing received shop drawings to ascertain manufacturability.
* Collaborating with the technical studies team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
* Monitoring and enhancing workshop productivity.
* Maintaining and improving workshop organization to uphold and improve product quality.
* Ensuring panel production adheres to stringent quality standards, meeting both international regulations and industry norms.
* Conducting quality inspection tests to validate the manufacturing process.
* Executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with clients in preparation for panel delivery.

**The responsibilities of the Electrical Panels Production Engineer will encompass:**

* Reviewing received project documentation to determine compliance with standards and manufacturability, including technical offers, approved shop drawings, and any specific requirements; communicating and resolving any issues with the technical studies and sales teams.
* Preparing and issuing material requirement forms.
* Preparing and issuing work orders and shop drawings for workshop execution.
* Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments to ascertain material delivery timelines.
* Determining potential delivery dates for requested panels based on received information.
* Collaborating with the department manager to integrate new projects and address changes to existing projects within the production plan.
* Monitoring production progress to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and specific requests.
* Maintaining an up-to-date status report for all projects currently in production within the workshop.
* Communicating any production or procurement issues to the department manager for prompt resolution.
* Preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
* Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
