Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Adhere to 5S standards for professional computer motherboards in the workplace and ensure that staff are working on internal modification review processes.

• Monitor the progress of daily maintenance operations (preventive and corrective) and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Plan and supervise the implementation of new installations and projects.

• Conduct monthly machine performance analysis, identify the root causes of problems and their solutions, and discuss these with the main department.

• Monitor daily electricity consumption, ensuring it does not exceed the required operating capacity, and analyze any excess.

• Develop the necessary planning plan by monitoring technicians and the department supervisor and ensuring quality execution.

• Develop a Productivity Maintenance Plan (TPM) with the Production Engineer and monitor its implementation.

• Work towards compliance with the required performance standards for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Implement and contribute to the development of the predictive maintenance plan.

• Provide spare parts procurement services and conduct monthly analysis of spare parts, along with a smart plan for managing expenses and controlling costs.

• Place purchase orders for spare parts in the Mechanical Department and maintain accurate inventory records for each type. • Updating the spare parts list for each machine (machine spare parts list)

• Inspecting parts upon receipt and verifying their conformity to the order specifications, then recording them in SAP.

• Providing solutions to improve and streamline operational production/workflow.

• Creating solutions to reduce operating expenses by offering suggestions for cost savings and lower operating costs (raw materials, labor, energy).

• Implementing a plan to monitor production organization during transit (maintenance stoppage).
• Following up with contractors (external collaboration companies) on the execution of assigned mechanical work and technical acceptance.

• Participating in equipment condition assessments.

• Performing other administrative tasks related to the team (annual leave, monthly incentives, etc.).
• Evaluating the team’s performance and training them to develop a design plan based on the evaluation.
