Job Description:**Option:**
Assume responsibility for all facets of electrical maintenance within the mall premises, encompassing daily operations, preventive measures, and strategic initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to: supervising maintenance activities across all electrical infrastructure; aiding in the creation and execution of maintenance plans; overseeing external contractors; analyzing equipment failures and formulating solutions; directing the electrical maintenance team; coordinating with interdepartmental teams to ensure operational stability; contributing to technical reports; and managing spare parts inventory.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a similar environment (malls, commercial facilities, or large-scale projects).
- Excellent knowledge of power distribution systems, UPS systems, diesel generators, control systems, and Egyptian electrical codes and standards.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS), AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to perform under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Good command of English, especially for technical reporting and written communication.
