Job Description
Provide first-level support to all company users.
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, Operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Manage and administrate Active Directory users, e-mail accounts for all WARAQ and subsidiaries
Manage Backup Servers and make sure the proper backup of all company data and applications. Periodically reporting backup updates to the ICT Infrastructure Manager and based on the instruction and approval making required changes.
Representing department in internal audit team committee and communicating internally in department and audit team in order to maintain all audit-related documents up to date.
Maintaining WARAQ IT-enabled services like surveillance and time attendance system
Provide all required support for IT-related systems in the production line [DCS and QCS] and coordinate with the ICT team for additional supports
Work close with ICT Infrastructure Manager to research and recommend innovatively, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
Job Authorities
Review and approve the quoted ICT assets for procurement
Review the work completion, BOM of projects and coordinate with ICT Infrastructure Manager and Sr. ICTM for final approval
Review user permissions periodically and provide the list to higher approval and upon approval disable or enable the user access
Create, delete or disable users and email accounts based on approval
