Job Description:**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer**

**Role Summary:**

Grupo AJE seeks a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in 6th of October. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of machinery and equipment to support seamless production processes. This encompasses a comprehensive range of maintenance duties, including electrical equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, repair tasks, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and execute all electrical maintenance activities across designated sites, including the supervision of the electrical maintenance team.
* Apply proficient knowledge of machinery and associated electrical systems (drives, motors, automation) in maintenance operations.
* Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, and methodologies.
* Generate detailed reports pertaining to maintenance operations.
* Procure and manage an adequate inventory of electrical spare parts for all machinery, ensuring timely availability.
* Oversee the maintenance and installation of equipment, both new and repaired.
* Conduct studies and prepare associated purchasing requests.
* Monitor and maintain PET bottling production lines, encompassing injection, blowing, and filling processes.
* Conduct thorough root cause analysis for significant equipment failures.
* Track machine history and performance metrics, and subsequently update the maintenance strategy/master plan accordingly.
* Assume accountability for site assets and the execution of corrective, preventive, and autonomous maintenance activities.
* Contribute to assigned area projects to ensure adherence to maintainability, cost-effectiveness, and safety requirements.
* Analyze equipment and production lines to develop and implement plans for reliability improvement.
* Foster a safe working environment by ensuring complete resolution of all safety and quality issues across production facilities and utilities.
* Develop the root cause analysis for major breakdowns

* Demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance and electrical maintenance.
