**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Training Period (up to 4 months): A fully paid stipend of $200 per month will be provided.
* Post-Training Base Salary: $300 per month.
* Performance-Based Bonuses: Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $500, contingent upon student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance.
* Total Monthly Compensation: Potential earnings of $350–$450 or more, dependent upon individual performance.
* Training Provided: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided over a six-month period.

**Responsibilities:**
The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for:
* Providing assistance to students via social media and email to facilitate their English language learning objectives and success in examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course enrollment process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior learning experience for all students.
* Supporting the implementation of innovative initiatives to maintain student engagement and motivation throughout their learning journey.
**Career Opportunities Following Training:**
Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of consistent performance, individuals may be eligible for:
* Promotion to Senior Support Consultant (with an increased base salary).
