**Compensation and Benefits**
The organization offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
* Training Period Compensation: A fully paid stipend of $200 per month during the initial training period (up to 4 months).
* Base Salary: A base salary of $300 per month upon successful completion of the training period.
* Performance-Based Bonuses: Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $500, contingent upon student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance. Potential monthly compensation may reach $350-$450 or more based on individual performance.
* Training Provided: No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided for a period of six months.

**Role Description: Customer Support Advisor**
The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for the following:
* Providing assistance to students via social media and email, supporting their English language learning objectives and preparation for examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the student learning experience.
* Supporting the implementation of initiatives designed to enhance student engagement and motivation.
Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of consistent performance, the Customer Support Advisor will be eligible for the following opportunities:
* Promotion to Senior Support Consultant (with increased base salary).
* Potential relocation to the UAE to join the core team.
* Receipt of a validated experience certificate applicable within the education and customer service sectors.

Working Hours:
- 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
