**Responsibilities:**

As a Student Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing assistance to students through social media and email, supporting their English language learning goals and exam preparation for IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the student learning experience.
* Supporting the implementation of creative initiatives to enhance student engagement and motivation.
* Following the training period, one of the following opportunities will be available:
* Relocation to the UAE to join the core team.
* Continuation of employment as a remote Student Support Consultant.
* Issuance of a certificate of experience upon successful completion of the training program.
