Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
* **Sales Excellence:** Leading the identification and qualification of new opportunities related to Workforce and AI platforms (Copilot), cultivating long-term client relationships, and understanding client priorities, budgets, and procurement procedures.
* **Business Case Development:** Constructing persuasive business cases that are aligned with quantifiable outcomes.
* **Pipeline Management:** Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and providing regular progress updates.
* **Scaling and Collaboration:** Collaborating with account and technical teams to implement strategic client engagement plans, coordinating internal and partner resources to deliver proofs-of-concept and minimum viable solutions. Aligning with partners to ensure appropriate expertise is included in strategic client discussions and sharing opportunities with prioritized partners, while ensuring consistent review of partner referrals.
* **Industry Awareness:** Facilitating client workshops with partners to explore business requirements and stimulate interest in transformative technologies. Delivering solution demonstrations and accelerators to business and technical leaders to secure client commitment and reinforce business impact. Utilizing available tools and programs to educate clients and identify new opportunities.
* **Sales Execution:** Concentrating on client outcomes by enhancing engagement through stronger relationships with senior decision-makers to facilitate digital transformation. Accelerating adoption in larger accounts by driving year-over-year growth and expanding workloads in mid-sized accounts with an emphasis on migration and modernization. Acting on digital engagement signals and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
* **Continuous Learning:** Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, solution capabilities, and client needs, and leveraging skilling programs to support client learning and adoption.
**Qualifications:**
* **Equivalent Experience:** Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management is required.
* **Education:** A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, coupled with extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with experience in technology-related sales or account management, will also be considered.
* **Certifications:** MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification or an equivalent certification is desirable.
* Experience in solution sales or consulting services sales is preferred.
* **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
