Job Description: **Marketing Manager – E-commerce**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our e-commerce marketing initiatives and significantly increase online sales. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of e-commerce strategies, digital advertising methodologies, customer acquisition techniques, and brand development. This role demands a data-centric approach, innovative thinking, and the capability to execute impactful marketing campaigns that optimize the online shopping experience and maximize revenue generation.
**Responsibilities:**
* **E-commerce Strategy and Management:** Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to optimize website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates. Refine the customer journey to ensure a seamless and satisfying online shopping experience. Collaborate with product development, operations, and IT teams to improve website functionality and overall user experience.
* **Digital Marketing and Advertising:** Plan and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Develop and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search engine rankings. Implement strategic email marketing, SMS campaigns, and marketing automation to improve customer retention and engagement. Leverage influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand visibility and augment sales performance.
* **Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:** Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Employ A/B testing methodologies and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and website performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* **Branding and Content Strategy:** Oversee all content marketing efforts, including the development of blog posts, product descriptions, and visual content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s established tone and voice. Manage social media channels to ensure engaging content that fosters customer engagement and brand loyalty. Work in collaboration with designers and copywriters to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.
* **Customer Acquisition and Retention:** Develop strategies to optimize new customer acquisition while maximizing customer retention and repeat purchases. Enhance customer loyalty through personalized marketing initiatives, targeted promotions, and effective loyalty programs. Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscape.
* **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Identify and engage with key industry partners, online marketplaces, and relevant platforms to expand market reach and drive sales growth. Negotiate and manage strategic marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotional activities.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in e-commerce or a related digital marketing position is required.
* Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising techniques.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce.
* Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
* Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
