Job Description:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze online traffic and sales data to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead and coordinate digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion on the e-commerce platform.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Work closely with customer service teams to address any e-commerce related inquiries or issues.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive sales for third party online sales ( Amazon, noon, Jumia,…etc )
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and revenue.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting e-commerce metrics to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
