Job description
• Acquire and handle new clients (B TO C )• Attract New E-commerce merchants to increase revenues & market share • Manage the relationship with E-commerce clients, maximize customer penetration while providing a high level of services that meet the customers’ needs to ensure the business growth, and customer satisfaction while achieving the team set targets • Cross-sell the company products to increase penetration ratio per customer to maximize bottom line profitability • Sell all E-Commerce features that suit the customers’ needs Sell benefits and overcome objections by describing features and advantages of the payment acceptance model, ensure that the model complies with the merchant’s business model, and close the deal with an appropriate pricing model. • Present E-commerce features to clients using the authorized techniques to meet customer’s needs while ensuring closing deals…
Job Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree
– Maximum age: 30 years.
– Experience: 3 Years’ experience
– Very good knowledge skills in E-commerce platforms
– Very good knowledge skills for Microsoft office package, excel
– Very good communication, presentation and sales skills.
