OBabyz, a premium organic baby clothing brand specializing in garments crafted from Egyptian cotton, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce & Sales Manager to join our expanding team. We are dedicated to providing parents with safe, stylish, and eco-conscious baby apparel, prioritizing both comfort and durability.

**Role Summary:**

The E-commerce & Sales Manager will assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of OBabyz’s online store, the formulation and execution of sales strategies, and the implementation of effective customer acquisition initiatives.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* **E-commerce Store Management:** Oversee all daily operations of the OBabyz website (Shopify platform), ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Responsibilities include optimizing product pages with high-quality visuals, detailed descriptions, and effective SEO; monitoring and enhancing website UX and conversion rates; managing inventory, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns; and coordinating with technical support to resolve website issues and implement necessary improvements.

* **Sales Growth & Conversion Optimization:** Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive online sales and revenue growth. This includes deploying cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling strategies to increase average order value, and streamlining the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment. The role requires meticulous tracking and analysis of customer behavior, purchase patterns, and sales trends to inform data-driven decision-making.

* **Customer Engagement & Retention:** Manage online customer inquiries and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution. Monitor product reviews and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. Develop and deploy automated email sequences for abandoned carts, new customer onboarding, and post-purchase engagement.

* **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Shopify Analytics to monitor website performance and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and ROI. Proactively identify and implement emerging trends, technologies, and growth opportunities.

* **B2B & Wholesale Sales Expansion:** Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with baby boutiques, department stores, and online marketplaces. Negotiate contract terms and pricing for bulk orders, manage wholesale inquiries, and establish effective reseller programs.

* **Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:** Lead paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention. Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to elevate brand awareness. Optimize landing pages and product pages to maximize conversion rates.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Minimum of three (3) years of experience in e-commerce management or sales.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or comparable e-commerce platforms.
* Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
* Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
* Ability to effectively track and analyze data utilizing Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking methodologies.
* Comprehensive understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing principles.
* Strong project management skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Desired Qualifications:**

* Experience within the fashion, baby products, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
* Previous experience in wholesale or B2B sales is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and social commerce trends is advantageous.
* Fluency in Arabic (Native/Advanced) and English (Fluent) is preferred.
