We are currently seeking a Driver to ensure the safe, efficient, and courteous transportation of hotel guests, VIPs, and staff. The Driver will maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. Key responsibilities include:

* Safely transporting guests and staff to designated locations.
* Providing exceptional guest service, including luggage assistance.
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring roadworthiness.
* Adhering to all traffic laws and hotel driving policies.
* Maintaining detailed trip logs and reporting vehicle maintenance needs.
* Assisting with airport transfers, VIP transportation, and special requests.
* Reporting vehicle damage or incidents promptly.
* Coordinating with hotel departments to manage transportation schedules.
* Upholding guest privacy and confidentiality.
* Providing local information and concierge-style assistance.

**Qualifications:**

* Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
* Proficient communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Understanding of guest service standards and etiquette.
* Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with navigation tools and traffic applications.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.”
