Report to: Regional Key Account Manager Location: Pune/Nagpur/Indore/Raipur/Bhopal Position Summary: You will be responsible for driving business growth by ensuring advocacy of Metabolic portfolio in the assigned RB institutes, generating demand or Indent from prescriber for Metabolic products, maintaining effective customer relations, mapping institute wise HCPs and their potential, drive liquidation of stocks by cascading science behind the brands along with the benefits & working in close collaboration with the Janssen Sales team (Both RB & Franchise teams) to achieve better business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Drive business growth in assigned RB institutes by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies & interest for executing the role as per supervisory mentorship. • Reviews & discusses his/her plans for achievement of allotted budget for each account & for each month. Seeks guidance of respective RB/Franchise colleagues in formulating sales strategy. • Schedules the frequency of his/her calls with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Rigorously adheres to coverage plan & frequency. • Maps potential of each RB institute & relates it to market trends & competitors’ activities. • Profiles, access potential, prepares HCP lists & adds in new doctors & accounts as per business requirements. Plans & prepares interventions for new doctor conversions. • Achieves daily call average with the right frequency with allotted HCPs in the RB institutes. • Work extensively on generating demand or Indent from prescriber for metabolic products & on liquidation of stocks at the allotted institutes • Ensures pre-call planning for effective outcomes from HCPs. • Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key opinion leaders/Key business leaders in assigned institutes by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals. • In consultation with marketing & medical affairs teams executes & plans for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs. • Collects & submits insights from the institutes that can help propel growths. • Updates on daily activities, mentioning in detail about doctors met and key discussion points to respective Manager. • Use technology developments for effective field operations. Qualifications Minimum required Qualification / Experience / Exposures Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharma Minimum experience of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales. Experience in Diabetes segment and government hospital handling is preferred. A good performance track record. Soft Skills Required: Strong communication skills. • Strong negotiation skill. • Geographical Know How of the area allotted. • Punctual in day-to-day activities and tasks. • Resilient & Persuasive How to Apply?
