Strategically located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort, currently under construction on a picturesque island extending gracefully into the Arabian Gulf, will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa. About The Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Villa Services to lead the resort’s Villa Services team. Responsibilities: The Director of Villa Services will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of seamless, high-touch service to villa guests from pre-arrival to post-departure. Key responsibilities include: Providing exceptional and discreet service, anticipating and responding to guest needs with empathy and precision. Maintaining the highest standards of privacy, security, and adherence to brand standards in all guest interactions. Resolving escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally. Overseeing daily villa operations, including housekeeping, butler service, amenity provision, and maintenance coordination. Monitoring inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal readiness and quality. Conducting regular inspections to maintain impeccable villa presentation and functionality. Collaborating effectively with other departments, such as VIP Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to ensure cohesive service delivery. Leading, mentoring, and developing the Villa Services team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Conducting regular team meetings and individual performance reviews to address concerns and communicate updates. Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to elevate service standards and team capabilities. Developing, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service protocols, and quality control mechanisms. Analyzing guest feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Managing departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation effectively. Participating in executive planning sessions and cross-functional initiatives. About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing high-profile clientele and exclusive accommodations. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong operational and organizational capabilities. Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
