Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supports and interprets Tabitha Hospice and departmental philosophy and objectives.
- Monitors, coordinates, and evaluates Senior/client care given by assigned clinicians
- Provides administrative on call on a rotating basis.
- Performs social work and bereavement duties as assigned.
- Adheres to the clients Hospice Bill of Rights.
- Assists with new team members orientation and with coordination of students as assigned.
Skills
Qualifications:
- minimum 10-15 years of experience in a clinical environment.
- bachelor degree in psychotherapy , child life, psychology or related field.
- experience in managing psychosocial services for children and their families.
- experience in managing team and health care or hospital management.
