Job Description:يُشترط توافر المؤهلات التالية:
* خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي أو إدارة التسويق الرقمي.
* إلمام وخبرة واضحة في استخدام أدوات تحسين محركات البحث (SEO/SEM) وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
* خبرة في تنفيذ وتحسين حملات إعلانية عبر منصة Google Ads.
* معرفة متينة بأدوات تحليل مواقع الويب، مثل Google Analytics.
* خبرة عملية في استخدام أدوات وممارسات التسويق عبر الإنترنت.
* الإلمام بمبادئ تصميم الويب ولغة HTML.
* مهارات اتصال ممتازة، شفهية وكتابية.
* مهارات تحليلية وإدارية قوية للمشاريع.
* درجة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الإعلان أو مجال ذي صلة.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, paid media (PPC, display, social), and analytics tools.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Ability to guide and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, or content creators.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Capable of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
