The candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of media buying initiatives across diverse platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks. This includes conducting comprehensive audience and market research to identify optimal ad placements and targeting opportunities. The candidate will manage budgets effectively to maximize cost-per-result efficiency (CPR/CPA/CPM/CPC). Continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of campaigns based on performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential. Collaboration with creative teams is required to develop high-performing ad creatives and messages. The candidate will plan, create, and manage high-performing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Developing content strategies for blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns (utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp), as well as managing and optimizing websites, landing pages, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for lead generation are also key responsibilities. Further responsibilities include the creation and implementation of robust marketing strategies, the conduct of market research, and the management and optimization of social media marketing campaigns. A strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies is required, along with proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and analyze performance. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines. Oversight of video creation and editing for social media and promotional content, and the management of graphic design and brand consistency across all digital platforms are also required. Tracking and analyzing KPIs, reporting performance insights, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to align campaigns with brand goals are critical components of this role. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience and a relevant higher education qualification in marketing and sales.
