This organization, recognized for its impactful project implementation across more than twenty nations since 2003, focuses on initiatives encompassing emergency relief, water access, orphan support, and education. To augment their organizational visibility and enhance outreach efforts, they are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to assume the role of **Digital Marketing Specialist**.

>The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

>* **Website Management & SEO:** Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s WordPress-based website; developing and optimizing new content to improve search engine ranking and visibility.
>* **Graphic Design & Campaign Material Development:** Creating visually compelling flyers, donation appeals, and promotional materials for distribution across social media platforms, email newsletters, and print media; translating communication strategies into impactful visual representations.
>* **Social Media & Performance Marketing:** Planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads; conducting audience analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
>* **Video Production (Desirable):** Demonstrated experience in the creation of social media video content is considered advantageous. Alternatively, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with external freelance video production professionals.
