Job Description
- Prepare monthly Facebook posts calendars
- Implement, Manage, and track performance of all social media campaigns.
- Manage social media sites.
- Engage in dialogue and monitors customer online issues.
- Reply on the customer requests and inquiries via social media sites.
- Coordinate all online marketing activities to generate leads.
- Responsible for content writing of all social media tools in cooperation with marketing manager.
- Promote social media within the organization.
- Provide feedback to the management.
- Keep all social media sites up to date (Facebook, WhatsApp Business and website).
- Prepare Facebook performance report quarterly.
- Prepare social media template reply to the customers (Facebook and WhatsApp Business).
- Assist the graphic designer in social media posts designs and provide new creative ideas also assist with design offline media such as flyers, newsletter etc..
- Keep all related technology knowledge up to date
- High interaction with FIF digital marketing assigned people and follow their instructions and KPIs
