Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing/media strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the primary responsibility is to help with identifying market trends for clients, build digital marketing strategies and plans, increase our clients’ brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, build market share and contribute to our client’s brand equity growth. Digital Marketing Manager leads teams to initiate effective digital marketing and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Aid in market research to identify trends, gaps, SWOT and latest best practices.
- Participate with Business Development teams in client meetings and consultations.
- Develop and implement online (SEO, Inbound, Content, Digital PR, Brand Reputation) marketing and communication strategies as per client needs.
- Analyze market trends and optimize effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and communication activities in order to reach objectives.
- Plan the execution of digital marketing/media strategies, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google platforms etc.
- Oversee teams managing clients’ social media channels, blogs and websites in terms of planning, content creation direction and communications.
- Plan and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns with content and design teams and guide the creative process based on strategic thinking.
- Work with content and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
- Reporting management to align teams and management on project flow, milestones, and analytics.
Skills
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar role (agencies experiences are preferred).
- Strategic skills, expert in making and developing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical/strategic background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results (result-oriented).
- Expert in data analysis, paid ads, market research, SEM and SEO.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid project management skills.
- Exceptional team leader, multitasker and having high initiative values.
- Passion for driving projects, comfortable working and learning independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Google certification is a plus such as Google Analytics Certification or other certification in the Digital Marketing field.
