**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee all digital marketing activities, meticulously monitor performance analytics, and drive continuous optimization.
* Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that effectively reflects Lumi’s brand identity and established tone of voice.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the digital marketing team, fostering continuous skill development and high performance.
* Establish performance targets and conduct regular evaluations of team achievements.
* Analyze digital campaign data and generate comprehensive performance reports for senior management.
* Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across diverse digital platforms to maximize return on investment.
* Ensure strict compliance with all internal marketing policies, processes, and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
* A minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including at least two years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
* Demonstrated expertise in developing digital strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data.
* Proven ability to effectively lead teams, manage budgets, and enhance digital brand visibility.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail and focus on results.
* A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
