Digital Marketing Lead

Job Purpose

The Marketing Lead drives CAROFI’s marketing strategy execution, brand visibility, content management and performance marketing plans. This role connects marketing with sales to fuel growth, oversee digital and offline campaigns, manage commercial external parties, and may guide a small internal team toward achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CAROFI’s annual marketing plan aligned with business and sales goals.
• Conduct market, competitor, and buyer persona analyses.
• Oversee brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and monitor demand generation to sales.
• Own marketing KPIs reporting and analytics activities.
• Manage relationships with external commercial partners (e.g., Marketing Agency, Influencers, Commercial Partners, etc.).
• Own, review and manage all content marketing related activities: calendars, creatives, and social media campaigns.
• Lead website optimization and gather client testimonials for marketing use.
   

Technical & Leadership Skills

• Strategic marketing planning.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Analytics.
• Performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Brand and creative direction with strong content supervision skills.
• Agency/vendor/partner management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
