Job Description:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Optimize digital marketing efforts for customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
2. Website & SEO Optimization
Oversee website performance, ensuring SEO best practices and conversion optimization.
Manage content updates, landing pages, and user experience enhancements.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
3. E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization
Manage digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms.
Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques to maximize sales.
4. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics
Generate reports and insights for continuous optimization.
A/B test ads, landing pages, and email campaigns for improved performance.
Regular report management
Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles.
✔ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
✔ Experience in managing digital marketing for an e-commerce brand.
✔ Fluent in English & MS Office (Excel, Power point)
