Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for executing and extending stc group level active directory service as central identity repository and identity management tools for stc employee, contractors and group users who access stc systems The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedureJob ResponsibilityEstablish Group federated identity model within stc to assure identity lifecycle for stc group subsidiary users who are accessing stc systems.Ensure extending stc identity management tools with subsidiaries HRMS for users who are accessing stc systemsEnsure extending stc strong authentication tool to Group subsidiary users who are accessing stc systems.Cooperate with stc relevant units in developing the identity management processes and automation. Ensure knowledge sharing and practices of identity management with stc Group subsidiaries.Implement and continuously improve identity management reporting capabilitiesLead the Design of identity management capabilities to specific stc needs and business requirements.Ensure capitalizing on existing machine learning and user behavior analytics, to help reducing the risk of Group identity theft and potential user access fraud or misuse cases.Ensure staying up-to-date of Identity management solutions industry trends and developments, and implement upgrades, changes or enhancements to comply with developed cybersecurity policies and meet business’ needs.Job Responsibility (cont.)Years Of ExperienceA minimum of 8 yearsNature Of ExperienceRelated experience in leading the Cyber Security function for a large organization preferably within the telecom industryJob BandSTP- Similar Director ManagerSkillsEducationBachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information TechnologyAdditional EducationCertifications
