Job Description
We are seeking a talented and highly experienced Digital Construction Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our construction projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies within the construction division, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), Internet of Things (IoT), and other emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools and workflows into the construction process, from design and planning to execution and closeout.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of digital construction technologies among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members are proficient in using digital tools and platforms effectively.
- Oversee the creation of digital models, simulations, and visualizations to enhance communication, coordination, and decision-making on construction projects.
- Manage and analyze data generated from digital tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and technology partners to select, implement, and integrate digital construction software and hardware solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to digital construction technologies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on digital technologies and innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in the construction industry.
- Strong technical proficiency with BIM software, VDC tools, and other digital construction platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to digital construction.
