We are seeking a Digital Advertising Coordinator to contribute to the expansion of our marketing department. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and optimization of online advertising campaigns across various platforms. Collaboration with creative, content, and analytics teams will be essential to deliver high-performing advertisements that effectively target the desired audience and generate measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the configuration, administration, and optimization of advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that advertising visuals and copy are consistent with brand guidelines and objectives.
* Monitor daily campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend data-driven improvements.
* Assist with A/B testing initiatives to enhance advertisement engagement and conversion rates.
* Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide support for monthly reporting activities.
* Research and implement current digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
* Develop clear and concise campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
* One to three years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign coordination.
* Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and retargeting strategies.
* Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic HTML.
