**Responsibilities:**
* Administer and manage digital and business applications.
* Independently manage projects and enhancements, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
* Independently address business problems and generate insightful analysis.
* Analyze and resolve user issues and inquiries related to assigned applications and software.
* Develop and maintain data interfaces between various applications.
* Facilitate the automation of existing manual processes.
* Provide training as required.
* Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
* Identify problematic areas and implement timely strategic solutions.
* Document procedures and workflows for digital and business applications.
* Lead and collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and applications teams for new system implementations.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development purposes.
* Conduct system audits and evaluate their outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Synergi Life, RimDrill, SkillsVX, OneStream, RPA, Document Management Systems, and Auto Audit.
* Comprehensive knowledge of B2B systems, preferably Novacura.
* Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry is desirable.
* Cross-functional knowledge of application configurations.
* Solid understanding of ITIL framework.
