**Job Summary:**
The **Sales Representative, Dermatology Devices** is a critical contributor to the attainment of sales and revenue objectives through the promotion and sale of dermatology-related products and services. This function encompasses opportunity identification, the cultivation of robust client relationships, the provision of technical assistance, and the facilitation of a comprehensive sales process encompassing product marketing, post-sale support, and financial reconciliation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and assess sales prospects within the designated territory to facilitate product adoption and revenue generation.
* Establish and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners, including dermatologists, surgeons, and clinical personnel.
* Formulate and implement strategic sales plans that are aligned with organizational objectives and submit them for executive review.
* Promote and market dermatology medical devices to target clientele by discerning their specific requirements and offering customized solutions.
* Furnish on-site support, technical demonstrations, and practical training to clients regarding equipment utilization and maintenance.
* Ensure client satisfaction throughout the stages of equipment installation, activation, and operation.
* Engage in pertinent medical conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
* Observe market dynamics, client inclinations, and competitor strategies, providing regular reports to the Sales Supervisor.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt order processing, installation, and payment acquisition.
* Generate precise reports concerning sales performance, client feedback, and market observations.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science /Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy Business Administration or any related commercial or healthcare management field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a medical device sales or similar healthcare sales role, preferably within the dermatology sector.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
