**Position Summary:**
The **Dermatology Devices Sales Representative** occupies a crucial position in realizing sales and revenue objectives through the promotion and sale of dermatology-related products and solutions. This function entails the identification of prospective opportunities, the development of robust client relationships, the provision of technical assistance, and the assurance of a seamless sales process encompassing product promotion, post-sale support, and accounts receivable management.
**Principal Duties:**
* Identify and evaluate sales prospects within the designated territory to foster product adoption and revenue enhancement.
* Establish and sustain strong rapport with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, surgeons, and clinical personnel.
* Formulate and execute strategic sales action plans that align with corporate objectives, and submit them for managerial ratification.
* Promote and market dermatology medical devices to target clientele by discerning their specific requirements and offering bespoke solutions.
* Furnish in-service support, technical demonstrations, and practical training to clients concerning the utilization and maintenance of equipment.
* Guarantee client satisfaction during and after equipment installation, commencement, and operational phases.
* Participate in pertinent medical congresses, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives to consolidate brand recognition.
* Monitor market dynamics, customer predilections, and competitive activities, and provide periodic reports to the Sales Supervisor.
* Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely order processing, installation procedures, and payment acquisition.
* Generate comprehensive reports on sales metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science /Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy Business Administration or any related commercial or healthcare management field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a medical device sales or similar healthcare sales role, preferably within the dermatology sector.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Business acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate complex medical equipment
