A reputable healthcare provider in Dubai invites applications for a Specialist or Consultant Clinical Dermatologist to join their esteemed team. Candidates must possess a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license and demonstrate expertise in Venereology and Andrology, coupled with an unwavering dedication to patient-focused care. This role encompasses diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions, delivering specialized Venereology services including the treatment of sexually transmitted infections, and performing various dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and laser treatments. The successful applicant will be responsible for formulating and executing treatment plans in accordance with established clinical guidelines, maintaining meticulous patient records that adhere to DHA regulations, collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, and educating patients on skin health and preventative measures. Continuous professional development through continuing medical education (CME) is expected, as is adherence to the highest ethical standards, professionalism, and patient confidentiality. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, within an outpatient department/hospital setting, and entails a 48-hour work week with daytime shifts. The contract is for an initial term of two years, renewable, with a six-month probationary period. Required qualifications include a medical degree from a recognized institution, successful completion of a residency in Dermatology & Venereology, demonstrable experience or advanced training in Venereology and Andrology, a valid DHA license in Dermatology, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation will consist of a negotiable gross salary commensurate with experience (comprising basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance), performance-based incentives, annual airfare for the employee and dependents, comprehensive health insurance, 30 days of paid vacation, and public holidays as mandated by UAE Labor Law.
