Job Description:**Option:**
The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials pertaining to the CFO’s internal and external engagements, encompassing Board meetings, Executive Committee meetings, investor relations, and interactions with financial institutions. This role will also serve as a key communication liaison between Group Finance and other corporate functions, including Strategy, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Furthermore, the incumbent will ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information to and from the Office of the CFO, oversee group financial performance dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with proactive escalation of critical issues, and facilitate performance reviews and management reporting processes. In addition, the role entails supporting the CFO in the development and execution of the group’s financial strategy, conducting financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making, and overseeing cross-functional initiatives across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, and Treasury. The incumbent will also liaise with CFOs of subsidiary companies to ensure alignment with group-level financial objectives and policies, and support the design and execution of governance frameworks, such as the finance operating model and group finance policies.
Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CMA, or CPA
preferred).
-12–18 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, or conglomerate finance.
-Experience in a group-level or holding company structure is highly preferred.
-Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and financial transformation initiatives.
-Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
